Functioning under the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Handicrafts Corporation Limited undertakes the management of the Kashmir Government Arts Emporium or any other State Undertaking as may be notified by the Government, sale (in India and abroad) of handicrafts and handloom products produced in the State of Jammu and Kashmir, facilitation of the development of effective network among various state bearers and extension of technical, financial and other assistance to co-operatives, producers, small traders, etc.
