Registered by the Government of Uttarakhand, UHHDC acts as the apex body for the overall development and promotion of handlooms and handicrafts in Uttarakhand. Its basic objective is to motivate, guide and organize State’s artisans, apart from providing them with a common platform for direct interaction with between creators and connoisseurs, producers and buyers.
