An NGO working in state of Uttarakhand, it is an apex socio-cultural organization of the people of Uttarakhand settled outside the State of Uttarakhand. Its focus area includes preservation and promotion of the rich cultural heritage of Uttarakhand, awarding meritorious folk artists of the State and promotion of young talented artists from Uttarakhand.
