Based in Darjeeling, MCTC is a non-government and apolitical cultural organization registered under the Government of West Bengal. It is working for the preservation and promotion of Tibetan culture and heritage. Some of the means through which it seeks to do the same are Tibetan language classes, Cultural programs, music and dance lessons and exhibitions.
