It is a family run trust headed by the King of Ladakh based in Ladakh with key focus on the promotion of art, culture and literature in Ladakh. It seeks to preserve and restore the unique artistic heritage of monasteries, palaces, forts, gompas, manuscripts, icons and scrolls.
