The aim of the scheme is to impart technical and vocational education to persons with disabilities so that they can get gainful wage/self employment |

All the Funds required will be taken care by the Central Government. One can avail this scheme by taking Admission in Polytechnic Colleges in the state of J&K.
Any disabled 10th pass person can take admission in the polytechnic college in J&K.
