This Scheme has been started for the social, educational and financial welfare of scheduled castes and to make them financially self independent. Also to encourage the students belonging to schedule caste for higher education. This Scheme also helps them to get pre examination coaching

The applicants should belong to SC, OBC and should have an annual salary less than 1 Lakh.
