The objective of the scheme is to uplift the income and living standard of Physically and Mentally Challenged Women by establishing income generation units.

It is state sponsored scheme for Physically and Mentally disabled women.Application forms are available for Rs. 10 each at the office of the Development Officer concerned. Instructions for completing the application will be included with the form itself. After completing the application, it should be submitted to the Development Officer concerned within the given time

Any Women with 40% disability or more. Certificate should be provided by Chief Medical Officer or Medical Board
* Age 18-45 Years
* Annual income of Rs. 1 lakh or less for urban areas and Rs. 80,000 or less for rural areas (concerned Tehsildar must attest income level).
* Should be Jammu and Kashmir State Subject.
* Relevant educational qualification ( in case of technical trade) supported by fresh attested copy of certificate.
* Should not be a defaulter with other financial institutions. Supported by affidavit.
