The scheme aims to render service for the women below poverty line. The initiative strives to promote women entrepreneurship business and entrepreneurship activities with comparatively low gestation period, to obtain the desired results at faster rate and motivate throughout the business process.

Women below poverty line having annual income of Rs. 54,000 or less for urban areas and Rs. 42,000 or less for rural areas can submit attested certificate from concerned Tehsildar for income level. Application forms for the scheme are available for Rs.10/- each at the office of the Development Officer concerned. Instructions for completing the application are included with the form itself. After completing the application, it should be submitted to the Development Officer concerned within 15 days of the date of issuance of the form.

Women Below poverty line between age group of 18 to 45 are eligible under this scheme. Women from Minority Communities including Buddhists, Christians, Muslims and Sikhs are eligible.
