Material: Wool, jute.
Description: Shoes made by weaving wool and jute.
Use: These are worn by both men and women to keep their feet warm. However, due to the introduction of modern shoes, these shoes are not used on a regular basis anymore.

Tibi, Chuti, Thutma
Material: Silk, cotton, threads and wool.
Description: This headdress is worn by the people to represent long hair. It is made up of three parts. The hat is called 'Tibi', the hair is called 'Chuti' and 'Thutma (made of thread) is used to tie the hair.
Use: These are worn during local traditional dances.
Used by: Both the men and women of the Leh district, Jammu & Kashmir, India, in the Western Himalayas.
